Welcome Hello visitor number# and welcome to Alivefaith.com which is a website privately owned by Andy Park. I dont have anything impressive to share on this website, but I personally use it as a tool to display myself on the World Wide Web, and to encourage people out there with a behind-the-scenes ministry. This site is definitely G/PG rated (not that it really matters) and is just a collective of things I am interested in. You'll find my life on this site and Xanga, uplifting Jesus music, and other little things. I'm always up for words of encouragement, tips to make this site better, and making new friends, so dont hesitate to shoot me an e-mail at ndpark at hotmail dot com, or leave me a guestbook entry! Thanks again and I hope you visit again!
Update history / News
> November 30, 2009 - I barely update my website anymore but I am still pretty active on my BLOG! A lot of cool things have been going on these days. I'm still apart of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at UCSD, and I'm currently the ''Spiritual Director'' for the dorm team leaders (which is a lot like a pastoral position). I have exactly one year left till I graduate (yeah about time, huh). and I'm looking into counseling/therapy/MFT type stuff after I graduate. No, I dont have a girlfriend yet so please stop asking. But the Father has been very upfront with me in many ways these past few years and definitely taken me on some hard but exciting personal-transformation journeys which I will love to share if you talk to me in person. I'm definitely digging into hearing His voice much more clearly and I definitely see one of my giftings in prayer ministry. I'm also realizing I'm more gifted in exhortation, pastoral care, and teaching - which is definitely fun to play around with (not literally). I have a great mentor, Dan, and him and his wife do wedding photography and live a pretty fun life. I have a DSLR, a pet fish (Rhino), i live with one of my best buddies (and other friends), and I'm still quite nocturnal. I have a newfound love for Kim Walker (and Jesus Culture), I still worship at Coast Vineyard, I'm a General Biology major, and I havent grown an inch. And to finish off this entry, I want to show you pictures of my new baby 2006 Mazda3. Her name is

> January 17, 2007 - As of today I will no longer be publically sharing music. The music download pages are now password protected.
This was on my heart for a very long time, and finally I couldn't take any more conviction and so made the music area private. You may still listen to music on the music player and on my xanga, but no longer will you be able to hotlink many of the songs for your own pleasure.
If you request for the password I will need an e-mail from you first & then I will decide.
God bless!
> October 22, 2006 - We are five weeks into the school year and I'm already tired of school. God's been doing some AMAZING things on our campus. Here is a simple glimpse:100+ conversions/rededications in the past four weeks, He's bringing people to faith in many freshman Bible studies (already!), the size of Bible studies have doubled/tripled/quadrupled compared to last year. He brought someone to faith in two hours after living an agnostic life at a prayer meeting! God broke down weak foundations of community and created an opportunity to bond like never before--crying, praying, worshipping while lifting up a sister who has cancer.
IMPACT 1
(AIDS pendemic outreach) tent is coming to our campus on Oct 30, 2006. This is an outreach to allow people to go through the tent--with an mp3 player--and go through/interact in a life of a boy or girl who has AIDS in Africa. This tent has impacted so many people on other San Diego campuses and everyone here firmly believe that God will breakthrough with revival using this tent.
There are intercessors from many different states who flocked to UCSD to PRAY for this campus. they heard the call from God to put down what they were doing and come here to pray for it. I'm SO excited, are YOU too!?
please pray for Oct 30-Nov 4. We will have this tent for one week and we estimate around 7000 people can potentially walk through this tent. We are going to keep it open 24/7, and have night-watch people pray and keep it open all night long. May God bless this, and may He come with REVIVING POWER!
Jesus is good. freaking TOO good.
Updates: ''Me'' section.
> August 20, 2006 - Well I'm currently back in Korea and enjoying the rest of my break here before returning to San Diego to chill a little more before school starts. The heat-wave finally passed and now we dont need to turn on the AC all night. Praise God for fall--my favorite season.
Updates:
- ''FAQ'' section is up
- updated ME and HOSTED sections
> June 27, 2006 - Well, i've been back in korea for a week now and all i've really done is chill, chill, and chill some more. I'm actually waiting to leave here for missions now.
I will be going to Lanzhou, China for a missions trip with 26 other teammates in three days. They are all coming from the states, and i'll be meeting them at Beijing when they get there. We will be ministering to college students while teaching them our culture, english, and other things we can exchange with each other. God's really going to challenge all of our characters, personalities, and most definitely going to be stretch of our faith. Please keep us in prayer (spiritual warfare, breakthrough with our roomies, safety & health, and for God to use us as we are). God's awesome and I know He will do crazy things there.
God bless you guys, keep us in prayer and see you in August!

> May 28, 2006 - Well, here i am almost finishing up my first year of college. It has surely been a crazy year when it comes to spiritual growth, meeting random friends, enjoying a quick year, going through crazy drama with myself, and such. It's awesome how i've grown in God, and how excited i am with my future. Guys, if any of you don't know Christ, i challenge you to join in this awesome ride with Him. I don't know where any of you are coming from, but i guarantee 100% that Jesus will take you on an amazing adventure getting to know yourself, His heart, WHAT it means to have an active relationship, and just amazing revelations with the rest of the world. It's like you're walking in a life with meaning, direction, and mostofall, you're not alone. Jesus is with you to show you to bless you on your way through live. This is surely one decision I--or anyone--will never regret. I'm SO excited every day--for the past four years--to what Jesus will show me and have me learn. Gahh, if only i could explain this unexplainable passion and excitement!
Well, on the other hand, i decided to spontaneously update my website with MORE songs, UPDATED host page, BOARD, STORY, and obviously this lovely index page. Enjoy!
Until next time...God bless all of you.
> November 5, 2005 - So here I am at UCSD somewhat enjoying life. Classes are not all that great, and none of them interest me. Im taking General Chem (Chem 6a), Calculus (Math 20a), CAT1B(writing class), and SDCC1(community college writing class). Argh, I dont feel any point to taking these classes, but I guess that's why they call it ''G.E'''s. Well I'm going home(thank God) for Winter break. What a joyful thought that is! I miss practially everything over in Korea--yes even the smog! I especially miss Korean food, the nicer cellular phones, the convenience to go practially anywhere even without owning a car, and the non-existant sales taxes. God is good though nevertheless.
I've started a NEW life in Christ(well upgraded in a way) and things are a little different. So God is awesome, and man I cant wait to go back home and share the experience. He's been having me do things that I only dreamt about (well sorta). By the way, I'm plugged into InterVarsity Christian Fellowship chapter at UCSD. It's currently ''The Perfect'' place for me. I scavenged through five fine fellowship groups, all with different passions and objectives, and in the end, IV seemed to be the one where God is calling me. I cant wait to see what God has in-store for me this year with this ministry. Thank You Jesus :)
Well the excitment can bubble over until the thought of school--quizzes, mid-terms, finals, projects--starts taking it's influential toll. I need to rant: EVERYONE STUDIES OVER HERE (yes, in a very literal way). Every single person in my building studies! It's so depresing, because it feels like I'm the only one not putting in ''enough'' effort. God forbid, what is wrong with this school? School is seriously the devil's advocate. I thought high school was bad, but wait till college rolls around. I dont know HOW many times I daydream about leaving college in 3.75 years, and getting on with life. Seriously, studying and school just does work well with my chemistry.
Well God is good, so praise Him nevertheless :)--''The Joy of the Lord is my Strength''.
I finally updated three parts of this site: this index section, my PICTURES, and my MUSIC section. Well until next time, God bless you guys and may you cling onto the oh-so-awesome Lord :).
